So is this true. I mean does a movement by hand or leg make uniform or constant acceleration?

This depends a lot on what you're doing with your hand. There is some evidence that people move along paths that minimize jerk or snap (the fourth or fifth derivative of position): ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/17953626 – Colin K Jul 7 '12 at 3:32
