Physics Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for active researchers, academics and students of physics. It's 100% free, no registration required.

Or are they not made to to air resistance being too high a factor?

I think it would be really cool to have one on my desk in my room. I could start it when I wake up and then a few hours later see with my own eyes the effect of inertia.

Couldn't find anything on google...

I guess another option would be to make one, but I doubt it would be very well made...

Shopping recommendations like this are off topic on this site (and indeed, on all Stack Exchange sites), but you could always ask in Physics Chat if/when you have enough reputation. – David Zaslavsky May 5 '12 at 15:20
You could start with Review of Scientific Instruments 81, 115102, 2010. There are also solutions on Internet, but as this question is already closed I do not feel like searching this again for you :( – Pygmalion May 5 '12 at 18:24
