# Modeling the trajectory of a particle in an Electric field [closed]

[This problem has been resolved, sorry for posting in the wrong forum!]

(I was trying to model the trajectory of a particle in an electric field.)

I've always dine such stuff with an OO language--vectors become easier, and an electric field can be modeled using abstract classes. –  Manishearth Mar 29 '12 at 11:50
@Manishearth: Thanks, but I'm not familiar with OO language. :) –  Matlab Mar 29 '12 at 13:57
Oh, is this matlab? I doubt people will debug your code here, you may want to ask it at mathematica.SE or SO or something. The physics principles behund this are easy, and you probably know them. You have a programming issue, then. Don't crosspost, wait for a mod to migrate it if necessary. –  Manishearth Mar 29 '12 at 14:05
@Manishearth: Thank you :) I'm sorry for posting in the wrong forum! –  Matlab Mar 29 '12 at 14:06
Well... okay, I'll just delete this one instead, but in the future please leave the text of your question in place after you've solved it so that it can still be useful to others. –  David Z Mar 29 '12 at 20:40
