A number of questions related to the topic: Is the dielectric constant actually constant as a function of temperature and frequency (when used in a capacitor)? Is it constant as a function of field strength (below breakdown)? Are there any analytical instruments that use dielectric constant to determine particular properties? If so, which properties?
